What Is ONDA?
ONDA means “wave,” a symbol of the natural rhythm your body needs to stay healthy, energized, and in balance. Just like ocean waves, your hormones are meant to move in sync. When they fall out of balance, it can affect everything: energy, mood, weight, libido, and brain function. At ONDA – Naples Hormone Clinic, we offer bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) for women and men, along with thyroid optimization, medical weight loss, and pharmaceutical-grade supplements tailored to your individual needs. Our evidence-based treatment plans are designed to restore hormone balance, boost metabolism, improve cognitive function, and support healthy aging so you can feel strong, balanced, and in control at every stage of your life.
Meet Marina Casoliba
Marina Casoliba is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of ONDA – Naples Hormone Clinic. She specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), thyroid optimization, and pharmaceutical-grade supplements.
With a background in emergency nursing, Marina saw how many chronic conditions could have been prevented with earlier intervention, especially through hormone and thyroid optimization. That experience led her to focus on preventative care and long-term wellness.
She helps women and men improve energy, mood, libido, metabolism, and thyroid function through personalized, evidence-based treatment using testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, and targeted supplementation.
At her Naples, Florida clinic, Marina educates patients on the proven benefits of BHRT and thyroid support for heart health, bone density, and cognitive function, while addressing common misconceptions about hormone therapy.

Why We’re Different
Unlike traditional approaches, ONDA focuses on achieving optimal hormone levels rather than simply maintaining “normal” ranges. By using EvexiPEL for steady, bioidentical hormone delivery, we address hormonal imbalances through personalized treatment. This method helps regulate key hormones such as estrogen, testosterone, and thyroid hormones, optimizing metabolism, energy production, and mood stabilization. We combine HRT, thyroid optimization, and targeted nutraceuticals to support cellular health, reduce inflammation, improve fat metabolism, and enhance cognitive function. Our integrated approach restores balance and promotes overall well-being, helping you achieve sustained improvements in energy, mood, and long-term health outcomes.
Hormone Therapy Benefits
Cardiovascular Health
HRT may help reduce the risk of heart disease by improving cholesterol levels and supporting healthy blood circulation, benefiting overall heart function.
Sexual Health
HRT helps restore libido, improve sexual function, and address issues like vaginal dryness and erectile dysfunction, enhancing intimacy and satisfaction for both men and women.
Mood & Mental Clarity
HRT stabilizes mood swings and alleviates anxiety and depression symptoms, improving mental clarity and emotional well-being.
Diabetes Management
Hormone therapy can assist in regulating insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism, potentially reducing the risk of type 2 diabetes.
Cognitive Health
HRT has been shown to help protect against cognitive decline, supporting brain function and reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s disease in older adults.
Bone health
By enhancing bone density, HRT reduces the risk of osteoporosis and fractures, contributing to long-term skeletal health.

Frequently Asked Questions
You asked, we answered! If you do not find the answer you’re looking for below, please email us!
Q: What is pellet therapy?
A: Pellet therapy is a natural form of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) where bioidentical hormone pellets are placed under the skin, releasing hormones steadily to restore balance and alleviate symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
Q: How do I know if pellet therapy is right for me?
A: Pellet therapy may be right for you if you’re experiencing fatigue, weight gain, low libido, mood swings, or brain fog. Take our EvexiPEL® Online Assessment to find out if you’re a candidate!
Q: What symptoms can hormone replacement therapy address?
A:
• Fatigue
• Weight gain
• Low libido
• Mood changes
• Hot flashes and night sweats
Q: How long do pellets last?
A: Pellets typically last 3–4 months for women and 4–6 months for men, depending on your body’s absorption rate and hormone needs. The cost of pellet therapy varies based on factors like prescription specifics, gender, and metabolism. On average, patients spend between $3 and $4 per day, which is often less than the cost of a daily coffee.
Q: Do I need lab work before starting therapy?
A: Yes, we require comprehensive lab work to evaluate your hormone levels and overall health to tailor your treatment plan.
Q: What are the potential risks of hormone replacement therapy?
A: Plant-based bioidentical hormones are not linked to the cancer or blood clot risks of synthetic hormones. Side effects may include minor bleeding, bruising, or skin discoloration at the insertion site, and, after insertion, increased hair growth, acne, oily skin, fatigue, or weight gain as your body adjusts.
Q: What are the symptoms of menopause and andropause?
A: Menopause symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, poor sleep, decreased libido, brain fog, and vaginal dryness. For men, andropause involves a decline in testosterone, causing symptoms like low libido, fatigue, mood changes, muscle loss, and increased fat.
Q: Do women need testosterone therapy?
A: Yes, women produce testosterone, and levels can decrease with age or hormonal imbalances. Low testosterone in women can cause reduced libido, weight gain, mental fog, poor muscle tone, and fatigue.
